NE10 Player of the Week
Jonathan Surrette, Assumption
Junior | Forward | Woburn, Mass.
Surrette carried his offensive onslaught from the opening puck drop of the season to the final whistle, as he scored two goals and two assists at Westfield State on Thursday evening. He had a hand in all four goals that Assumptions scored. He currently leads all Division II/III in points (24), second in goals (12), and third in assists (12), and has only had one game this year in which he did not record a point.
NE10 Goaltender of the Week
Trent Boryszczuk, Southern New Hampshire
Freshman | Goaltender | Novi, Mich.
Boryszczuk made his first-career start a winning one. He stopped 26 shots in SNHU's 6-3 win at Roger Williams last Wednesday, recording a .897 save percentage in the game.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Aidan Rufa, Southern New Hampshire
Freshman | Defender | Massena, N.Y.
Rufa notched the first two goals of his career, both coming on the power-play, as SNHU won 6-3 at Roger Williams last Wednesday. Rufa's first goal tied the game at 2-2 in the second period, and he scored again in SNHU's four goal third period to put the game away.
